my friend jerry’s impactful advice for songwriting is “say the hard thing.” i really believe that when we are able to share that vulnerability, we open ourselves up to connection with ourselves and others. we all deserve to be seen and understood.
i sing and play guitar, piano, trumpet, ukulele, and harmonica.
my released music could be categorized as heartland surf rock. think: raw honesty, wistful harmonies, reverb-heavy electric guitars. that said, in the future, i’d love to bring up the tempo a little bit.
